Returns & Refunds policy
The most precious thing we can deliver is a piece of jewellery you love and are happy with. However, the bespoke nature of our products mean that we can only offer a refund if your jewellery doesn't match what you have ordered, or if the item is delivered faulty or damaged.
If you do believe your jewellery is faulty, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible (and within a maximum of 14 days from delivery) via info@ashkeepsakes.co.uk and we'll always be happy to help you. We may ask you to send us photos or return the item to us, but will provide advice based on your individual circumstances.
A refund for cancellations can normally offered, but only if we haven't started crafting your jewellery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
