Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy

By placing an order with Ash Keepsakes, you agree to the following:

• All items are handmade to order and often include personal materials such as ashes, hair, handwriting or fabric. Because of this, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

• Faulty items are covered for 12 months. If your jewellery arrives damaged or develops a fault, we’ll repair, replace or refund it. Please contact us within 14 days of noticing the issue, with clear photos.

• Changes or cancellations can only be made before work has started on your piece. Once production begins, we’re unable to make changes due to the bespoke nature of our work.

• We handle every order with care and compassion, and are happy to answer any questions before you order.
